Specialized Recruiting Group is searching for a Warehouse Manager on behalf of a long-established Dubuque, Iowa company. This is a key leadership role within a team-oriented distribution and light assembly environment, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and driving efficiency, safety, and accuracy.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager will provide hands-on leadership across shipping, receiving, inventory, logistics, and light assembly functions. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and product flow
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff while promoting a safe work environment
• Develop and improve processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Monitor inventory, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate cycle counts
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and purchasing teams
• Champion safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience in distribution/light assembly
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Experience with ERP or warehouse systems (SAGE100, barcode systems, or similar preferred)
• Proven ability to improve processes and manage inventory effectively
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
