Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Development & Executive Coordinator for a well-established Dubuque-based company involved in development and construction projects. This role supports both development activities and executive operations, working closely with company leadership to keep projects and priorities moving forward.
Position Overview
This position provides administrative, coordination, and light project support while assisting the President with daily executive responsibilities. It is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and construction projects by tracking schedules, milestones, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings and communication with consultants, contractors, and partners
- Assist with research, due diligence, and organization of project materials
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and follow-up items
- Draft correspondence, capture notes, and prepare agendas or presentation materials
- Provide general administrative and office coordination support
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Experience in administrative, coordination, or executive support roles
- Interest in development, construction, or project-based environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project tracking tools a plus
