After Hours Fleet Manager

3rd shift positions available. Work 7 shifts in a 14-day period!  Onsite required.

We have openings for full-time After-Hours Fleet Managers at our corporate office in Dubuque, Iowa. Using a team approach, our After-Hours Fleet Managers support freight movements throughout North America by coordinating with drivers, customers, and other Fleet Managers.

Positions available are on a rotating schedule over a 7-day week averaging around 42 hours per week. The rotating schedule includes nights, weekend, and holidays.

These positions offer a starting salary of $61,500, plus a quarterly incentive program, based on the company’s profitability.

• Additional Weekend and Holiday Pay

Requirements:

• Ideal candidates will have some post-secondary education or
• 1-2 years of experience in business management or transportation/logistics
• Strong communication, problem-solving and computer skills are needed
• Minimal traveling is required
