Job Overview

Fresenius Medical Care is hiring Dialysis Technician Trainees for a regular, full-time position at our new outpatient dialysis clinic in Dubuque, WI. This role is ideal for someone seeking a long-term healthcare career. No dialysis experience required — paid training provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on patient care during dialysis treatments

  • Set up and monitor dialysis equipment

  • Support patients before, during, and after treatment

  • Work closely with nurses and clinical staff

Training:

  • Paid, full-time training in dialysis

  • Support toward CCHT (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician) certification

Some direct patient care experience (such as CNA, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, etc.) is preferred but not required! 

You should have: 

  • Interest in a long-term, full-time role (not seasonal or temporary)

  • Ability to work early morning shifts

  • Compassion, reliability, and willingness to learn
