Compensation: $60,000–$93,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview:

This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel-powered equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel-powered equipment
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting
• Complete detailed service documentation and electronic work orders
• Accurately track labor time and repair activity throughout the day
• Ensure timely, high-quality repairs to minimize equipment downtime
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
• Collaborate with service and parts teams to meet customer needs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–5 years of diesel, heavy equipment, or related mechanical experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Basic computer skills for work order documentation
• Ownership of standard technician tools required
• Ability to meet performance metrics related to efficiency, recovery, and quality
