Location: Eastern Iowa
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 annually (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to oversee and estimate construction projects from bid through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional looking to join a reputable, long-standing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from pre-bid through closeout
• Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates
• Review plans, specifications, and construction drawings
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Utilize construction estimating and project management software
• Identify risks, solve problems, and support successful project execution

Qualifications:

• Construction Management degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of project management experience in the heavy/highway construction industry preferred
• Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and practices
• Familiarity with construction bid and project management software
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
• Strong math, computer, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and collaborative problem solver
