Specialized Recruiting Group is partnering with an established insurance organization seeking driven Sales Representatives/Producers to build and grow a long-term book of business. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with proven sales success — even outside the insurance industry — who enjoy prospecting, developing relationships, and creating their own pipeline.
This role is designed for true go-getters who are motivated by long-term growth. Producers will build their book from the ground up with full company support, structured training, and a strong compensation foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship-building activities
- Develop and maintain a long-term book of business from the ground up
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Maintain consistent daily sales activity and pipeline development
- Build trusted client relationships to support retention and referrals
- Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure excellent client experience
- Participate in ongoing training to develop insurance expertise and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years of proven sales success preferred (insurance experience not required)
- Demonstrated history of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and generating new opportunities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage activity independently
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset
- Stable work history
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
