As we expand to Dubuque, we’re looking for a dedicated Plumber to join our close-knit team.

Position Overview:

The Plumber will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. This role requires a skilled tradesperson who can work independently or with a team, ensuring that all plumbing systems meet local codes, regulations, and our company's high standards for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water, gas, and drainage systems, in residential and commercial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Conduct pressure tests, identify issues, and repair leaks or damaged plumbing systems.
• Work with project managers to ensure that plumbing installations are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Coordinate with other construction trades to ensure smooth workflow and project progression.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the team, contractors, and clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing. If you meet the key qualifications, we encourage you to apply. We value a range of skills and experiences.
• Licensing: Valid plumbing license (Iowa, Wisconsin, or Illinois). A journeyman's license or higher is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in the use of plumbing tools, materials, and equipment. Knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment, work in various weather conditions, and stand for long periods.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, dependable, and a strong team player who works well with others in a family-oriented environment.
