About the Role

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you’ll support the flow of products through our facility by receiving, storing, picking, and shipping inventory. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to delivering the quality and efficiency our customers expect.

What You’ll Do

• Handle daily warehouse tasks including counting, put‑away, picking, and stock rotation
• Store and organize product by style, size, and material
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and support efficient workflow
• Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment (training provided)
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Support cross‑functional warehouse needs and assist other departments
• Provide on‑the‑job training to new team members
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and basic documentation
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Manual dexterity for tools and equipment
• Ability to work well with teammates and communicate effectively
• Ability to obtain an industrial truck (forklift) certification

Preferred: Prior forklift experience

Work Environment

This role operates in a dynamic warehouse setting that requires standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
