Truck Country is looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Representative to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a high-quality employee experience while supporting core HR functions including benefits, compliance, onboarding, and employee relations.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR support (questions, changes, documentation)
  • Manage administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle events (hires, terminations, leaves, etc.)
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments and status changes
  • Support onboarding, open enrollment, and company-wide HR meetings
  • Partner with HR team members on documentation such as offer letters, PIPs, and employee communications
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance (I-9 audits, EEO-1, payroll audits)
  • Generate reports and track HR data using HRIS (iSolved preferred)
  • Assist with employee training initiatives and wellness programs
  • Support HR projects and continuous process improvements

 

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of HR experience preferred (3+ years office experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (iSolved a plus)
