Job Overview

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts and delivering onboarding experience across Kendall Hunt Publishing, Westmark Enterprises, Great River Learning, RCL Benziger, Paradigm Education Solutions, and related entities. This role develops and executes strategic sourcing initiatives, builds strong talent pipelines, oversees the corporate internship program, and ensures a seamless transition from candidate to engaged new hire. Recruiting Responsibilities

  • Utilizing an ATS to manage recruiting for multiple companies, create innovative sourcing strategies to bring the best talent to each role.
  • Develop an employment branding strategy and sourcing plan.
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews and refer qualified applicants for employment to hiring managers.
  • Maintain meaningful working relationships with local educational institutions and other avenues for recruitment in the community.
  • Coordinate internship program and find additional ways to enrich the program.
  • Leads onboarding process to ensure a positive and engaging new hire experience.

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, along with at least one year of recruitment experience (preferred). This role is ideal for someone who brings a creative, forward-thinking approach to recruiting. Professionalism, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, sound decision-making, and attention to detail are key to thriving in this position.
