Job Overview

TRICOR Insurance, LLC is growing and we’re looking for a Claims Advocate to support our clients through the claims process with confidence, clarity, and exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, building relationships, and guiding clients through complex claim situations. You will work closely with Producers, Account Managers, and carrier partners to ensure timely, accurate claim resolution.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage, enter, and process claims accurately in the Applied EPIC system
  • Guide clients through the claims process and advocate on their behalf
  • Communicate with clients, internal teams, and carrier claim representatives
  • Monitor claim progress to ensure timely, high‑quality service
  • Conduct claim audits for clients, carrier books, and special projects

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent
  • Experience with Property & Casualty Liability and Workers’ Compensation claims
  • Insurance license or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain confidentiality

Nice to Have:

  • Professional designations (ARM, CPCU, CIC, CRM, AU, AIC, AAI)
  • Experience with Applied Systems – EPIC
  • Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and claim processes
