Location: Cuba City, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional overtime)
Pay: $25 – $35 per hour

About the Opportunity
Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Concrete Foreman for a confidential opportunity with a small industrial construction contractor based in Southwest Wisconsin. This role supports field operations across industrial and commercial construction projects, with a strong focus on concrete work and site development.

The Concrete Foreman will lead a small crew and play a hands-on role in project execution, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, leading by example, and contributing to the successful completion of construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small concrete crew on active job sites
• Oversee daily field operations, workflow, and task coordination
• Perform hands-on concrete work including forming, pouring, and finishing
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to support project timelines
• Read and interpret construction plans, layouts, and specifications
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations
• Communicate project progress, timelines, and challenges with management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive job site
• Support project completion goals and continuous workflow improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete construction and general building projects
• Prior foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate a small team
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced outdoor environment
