Schedule: First Shift | Monday–Thursday (10-hour shifts), overtime as needed
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

The Maintenance Technician will play a key role in supporting equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and performing preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and die cast equipment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on die casting and manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete timely repairs to support production uptime
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Use electrical testing tools, diagnostic equipment, and hand/power tools safely
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
• Maintain a strong safety-first work environment and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical training
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret schematics (electrical and hydraulic)
• Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• PLC troubleshooting or programming experience (preferred)
