Goldfinch Wealth Management is growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional to join our financial services team as a full-time, in-person Client Services Manager in our Peosta, Iowa office. This is a non-licensed operational and client support role — ideal for someone with a background in financial services, banking, or insurance administration who thrives on organization, precision, and delivering exceptional client experience. There is plenty of room for growth.

What you'll do:

  • Handle inquiries including account notifications, cash management, RMD outreach, annual review scheduling, issue resolution, signing documents
  • Prepare and submit new account documentation, ensuring all materials are complete for processing
  • Coordinate and track rollovers and transfers (manual and ACAT) to ensure timely completion
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, coordinating paperwork, account setup, and follow-through to ensure a seamless experience
  • Identify client needs and refer clients seeking financial guidance to advisors
  • Maintain operational excellence through ongoing training on policies, procedures, platforms, and service best practices

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years in a client services, operations, or administrative role
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (business, accounting, or finance preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience managing client onboarding workflows, account documentation, or operational processes in a service-driven environment
  • Prior experience with LPL Financial and ClientWorks, CRM platforms, or other financial services software preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism

 

📍 Location: Peosta, IA (in-person required)

📅 Hours: Full-time | Monday–Friday, standard business hours, with Friday off at noon

💰 Compensation: Starting at $52,000+, commensurate with experience
