Job Overview

To lead the College’s institutional research, data strategy, and compliance efforts by transforming complex data into actionable insights. This role serves as a strategic partner to College leadership, driving evidence-based decision-making to improve student success and operational efficiency.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or Higher Education Administration) required; Master’s degree is strongly preferred. Minimum of five years of progressive experience in institutional research or equivalent data analytics experience required.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Advanced proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including statistical software (SPSS, R, or Stata) and SQL. Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) and experience with ERP systems (Ellucian Colleague/Datatel) highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to "translate" complex data for non-technical audiences. Demonstrated record of evaluating programs and interpreting data through an equity lens.
