Job Overview

Provide administrative and organizational support to BCS Programming, Sales, Operations teams and College & Career Coaches.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSAssociates Degree preferred, related work experience and/or post-secondary education preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must possess strong computer/database management skills including accounting/ bookkeeping practices. Calculating, posting and verifying financial data for using in managing account records. Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, customer service, and organizational abilities. Must have strong written and oral communication skills and competent proofreading skills. Must possess strong knowledge of office practices and procedures. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality with student/employee demographic information.
Assist with items including correspondence, reports, contracts, handouts, applications, spreadsheets, class or conference preparations, including but not limited to: creating class packets, assembling instructional materials, printing nametags, table tents, and/or proof of completion certificates, and helping with class check-in.
Assist with student registration into Modern Campus Lumens software and processing financial transactions including transferring, cancelling and refunding.
Answer and triage calls coming into Business and Community Solutions.
Assist with front desk receptionist duties, meeting and greeting customers and directing them to appropriate location/service at the Town Clock Center, Dubuque Center, and NECAS on the Peosta Campus as needed.
Assist with maintenance of general Business and Community Solutions program and instructor files.
Data entry and processing of class attendance, grades, class evaluations and student profile development.
