What You’ll Do

• Review and process transportation documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and generate customer invoices.
• Calculate and process weekly driver settlements.
• Manage daily workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Resolve discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and help keep operations running smoothly.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.

What We’re Looking For

• An associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ideally, 1–2 years of office, administrative, billing, or accounting experience.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
