We have openings for full-time After-Hours Fleet Managers at our corporate office in Dubuque, Iowa. Using a team approach, our After-Hours Fleet Managers support freight movements throughout North America by coordinating with drivers, customers, and other Fleet Managers.

Positions available are on a rotating schedule over a 7-day week averaging around 42 hours per week. The rotating schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

These positions offer a starting salary of $61,500, plus:

• Quarterly incentive program based on the company’s profitability
• Additional Weekend and Holiday Pay
  • $200 per Weekend
  • $200 per Holiday
• Shift Differential Pay

Requirements:

• Ideal candidates will have some post-secondary education or
• 1-2 years of experience in business management or transportation/logistics
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills required
