The Total Rewards Analyst assesses and manages compensation and benefits programs that align rewards with organizational goals. In conjunction with others on the Total Rewards team, they design and implement benefit, base pay, incentive, and variable compensation programs and policies that differentiate us as an employer of choice.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Collaborates with leaders to create new job descriptions and determines appropriate salary benchmarks; edits and audits existing job descriptions for content; ensures all roles are classified correctly; partners with Talent Acquisition to post as required
- Consults with leaders to ensure equitable pay decisions are being made; provides appropriate guidance and advice on compensation-related issues; ensures that requests for pay adjustments comply with company policies
- Runs and analyzes weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting (e.g., census files, overtime reporting, regular rate calculations, Market Pay reporting, new hire audits, etc.)
- Ensures Sales Compensation Plans are kept current and distributed to all sales representatives and works with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to modify when necessary
- Assists in administering miscellaneous compensation plans (e.g., non-commissioned annual bonus plan, Global Assignee plans, annual salary increases, etc.)
- Participates in annual salary and benefit surveys and updates existing salary benchmarks annually with new data
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least three (3) years of compensation experience
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- Solid experience with Sales Compensation Plans and knowledge of Sales Comp best practices preferred
- Ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
- Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
- Ability to use compelling arguments to gain support and commitment of others
Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
- Progress toward Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $75,000 or more depending on experience
