Position Summary:
The Manager of Regional Sales (RSM) supports a team of sales reps - Channel Account Managers (CAMs) – in selling Cloud Services to their partners. In addition, they coach and develop each CAM. The RSM is responsible for interviewing, hiring, forecasting, closing business, and guiding our go-to-market strategy in the region.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop, mentors, and manages a team of CAMs
- Conducts brief morning meetings with their team to discuss goals, highlights, and trainings
- Facilitates weekly team trainings, provided by Pax8 University
- Acquires and/or demonstrates a solid understanding of business technology products and services for a variety of categories (e.g., Security, Data Management, Collaboration, Hosted Communications, Mobility, Business Productivity, and Infrastructure)
- Utilizes the Pax8 sales methodology to manage their region’s 30/60/90-day sales funnel
- Meets with CAMs to provide feedback, support, and training
- Manages day-to-day performance of CAMs and delivers performance reviews

Required Education & Certifications:
- B.S./B.A. degree in related field; or equivalent work experience.
