We’re looking for a Safety Consultant to join our team!

TRICOR, LLC Safety Consultants (SC) are personable and have a tactical and passionate spirit to help clients and their employees meet their regulatory safety compliance needs. Their primary responsibilities are to provide front-line expertise in assessing loss control needs to meet regulatory compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations and recommend supporting safety plans/training to clients for new or ongoing safety programs. SC's are client-facing focused team members with a solid understanding and years of experience with OSHA & DOT regulations, know how to partner with clients to assess the safety and compliance needs, and always offer the best solutions for safety exposures. SC's also thrive to stay abreast of the ever-changing OSHA and DOT regulations and mentor clients to build their knowledge and skill-set in loss control matters. The ideal SC is self-motivated and takes a hands-on approach, intent on providing exceptional day-to-day customer service to maintain and exceed TRICOR, LLC's reputation and service standards.

TRICOR’s SC provides loss control services that assist clients in identifying safety hazards and will provide resolutions to reduce injury and illness rates and minimize risk and loss control. SCs will have a continuous learning mindset, proactively developing their understanding of loss control and services surrounding loss control. The ideal SC is an organized self-starter who flourishes in a continuous learning environment, and is an expert advisor working directly with our clients.

What a SC will do?

• Ability to pre-qualify prospects by conducting a risk assessment
• Leveraging your expertise, you will use our risk assessment process to easily offer new and/or different loss control resolutions and training to our current clients
• Provide expert knowledge around analyzing and comparing safety training and plans to determine suitability for our clients to meet regulatory compliance
• Focus on client service and retention
• Establish & maintain close relationships with clients, claims adjusters, OSHA and DOT  Representatives to maximize your effectiveness
• Timely and accurate client file documentation
• Review & evaluate new and existing prospects/clients
• Provide mentorship and/or OSHA / DOT regulations training to new and existing clients
• Promote TRICOR, LLC in our community
