Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team! As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of HR strategy, policies and objectives, coordination and the administration of day-to-day people operations and office management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits systems that fit the company's HR responsibilities
  • Support in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Provide support to employee in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc.
  • Resolve issues and problems Process
  • Verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training, and performance evaluations
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures
  • Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics Maintain employee files and records and paper form
  • Ensure compliance with current laws and regulations
  • Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports
  • Managing all employee data in HRIS, updating records, and providing support for employee administration and processing issues

Education

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • AA or BA/BS in Human Resources or similar relevant field preferred

Licenses/Certification

  • CP/PHR preferred
  • Valid Drivers License required

Experience

  • Two years experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment preferred.
