Join the City of Dubuque by applying for this limited term, part time position of Communications and Grants Administration Assistant. Duties include promotion and creation of public imaging; writing media releases; managing National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) sub granting resources through the development of grant guidelines and recruitment, tracking, and distribution of applications; compiling and computing reports and data; performing data analysis and compiling charts and graphs; applying bookkeeping principles; and coordinating meeting logistics. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public administration, business or a related field; grant writing or grant program management experience; data collection and analysis experience; or equivalent experience and/or education is required.
