Rite-Hite, a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of industrial loading dock and door solutions, is seeking a full-time 2nd Shift Warehouse Material Handler for Rite-Hite Environmental Enclosures located in Dubuque, IA. Hours of work are 3:30pm -1:30am Monday -Thursday  with occasional overtime. Rite-Hite Environmental Enclosures has been the world leader in dock seals and shelters since 1951. Job Description:

Rite-Hite material handlers are responsible for generating pull reports and replenishing parts from the warehouse to Dubuque facility production areas. Maintains product organization within the Warehouse. They are responsible for keeping shelves, staging areas clean and organized, keeps production drop areas staged with part, ensuring consistent workflow, help organize as necessary, perform all work in a safe manner without damaging product, equipment or property. Utilize JDE to generate pull reports for all OPCO’s and utilize JDE to monitor warehouse locations and transfer materials as needed. Safely operate tugger, class 1 and class 2 forklifts to assist in loading or moving materials and products from the warehouse to production floor. Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together. Maintain and organize warehouse for maximum density while keeping all areas safe and clean from debris. Pulls part for production department and delivers to designated locations. Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.

Required Experience:

Rite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best. Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires the ability to read and utilize a tape measure, the ability to read and complete forms and paperwork as required, the ability to read prints as it relates to dimensions on parts, and the ability to utilize computer system to input and retrieve data as needed. Class 1 and Class 2 Forklift certification required.
