Job Overview
The Custodial Coordinator’s main goal is to enable the ministries of Hope Church by providing clean and usable spaces, setting up rooms for efficient and comfortable use and keeping the overall building clean and presentable for our guests. This role requires attention to detail and a willing attitude to help those leading ministry with any facilities needs they have. It also requires some flexibility in work hours when ministry adjustments are made or special events take place. Heavier cleaning of the building is typically done at the end of the week (Thursday or Friday with an occasional Saturday depending on special events) in order to have the building ready for worship services on the weekend. The Custodial Coordinator works most Sunday mornings in order to support worship services when more people are using the building.
