Job Overview

Paradigm Education Solutions is looking for an energized Sales Director to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the Paradigm Sales Team to successfully meeting its goals and objectives. This position will work out of our home office in Dubuque, Iowa.

What Will You Do?

As a sales director, your core responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, and developing Inside Sales Representatives, Supervisor, and Institutional Sales Specialists. In this position you will be proposing and managing the budgets for the sales group; and collaborating closely with leadership across Paradigm and Kendall Hunt to further the division’s effectiveness and success.

Who Do We Need?

• Someone with prior sales management experience and who will meet and exceed company sales revenue goals through effectively representing our products and solutions
• Someone with experience in selling solutions. Institutional Sales experience preferred.
• Someone who can develop and implement performance metrics
• Someone who can develop a sales budget that maximizes opportunities
• Someone who has a bachelor’s degree and three years of success, managing a sales organization
