Clarke invites applications for a full-time Assistant Registrar to begin December 1st.  This position is instrumental in representing Clarke University in various contexts. The Assistant Registrar should understand all aspects of records and registration, including transcripts, transfer analysis, advising and policy enforcement. This position is responsible for transfer credit evaluations, class scheduling, maintenance of student files, athletic eligibility reporting and provides support for the internship for credit program. The Assistant Registrar provides support to the Registrar in technical aspects including database management and reporting, as well as coordination of the daily functions within the Registrar’s Office.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, a minimum of one year of experience working in higher education, demonstrated proficiency in student information systems and other applications used in higher education, and experience interpreting and applying rules, regulations, and laws regarding student records.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work independently and as a member of a collaborative team.
