IT Technician Support

Job Overview

TRICOR is in growth mode and looking to add an IT Support Technician. This role is responsible for providing support and assistance to internal staff by phone, email, remotely and/or in person relating to business applications and operating systems. Ideally, we are looking to fill this role in one of our locations in Central WI; however, will consider all locations.

As an IT Support Technician, you will systematically analyze, support, resolve and assist TRICOR Employees with computer application problem solving and effectively communicate with employees.

Misc. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area of business information technology; or one or more years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with MS office software products; Applied Systems EPIC software is preferred
• Day travel to and from various TRICOR locations on occasion as needed
• General awareness of WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, switches and firewalls.
