Job Overview

TRICOR's Data Reporting Specialist will ensure our client data within the Agency Management System and other integrated software is complete and accurate; assist the Manager, Operations Software Administration with the administration of TRICOR agency software, data and reporting requests, and data integrity projects.  If you enjoy participating in and executing system configurations and daily data interfaces, software troubleshooting, recommend, participate and implement quality control initiatives and maintaining the data systems integrity for a company, this may be a role for you!

What you'll do

  • Focus on data, troubleshooting and maintaining data and systems. You will have an incredible attention for detail.
  • Establish & maintain close relationships with Executive Management Teams to maximize effectiveness of the AMS
  • Timely and accurate project execution and reporting support. You will take ownership in getting projects completed accurately and efficiently
  • Review & evaluate new and existing quality control initiatives
  • Proficient in Excel with a willingness to learn new technology and become a trusted resource for our internal staff.
  • Build and maintain relationships with carriers, vendors, producers, account managers, and other staff
  • Promote TRICOR in community
