Job Overview
Status: Part Time
Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Location: Assisted Living
- Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd at $0.70/hour
- Weekend Package at Time and Half

This position requires every other weekend and every other holiday. Holiday pay is at a rate of double time employee’s base pay rate.

As a Resident Services Tech, the successful candidate is not required to be certified in the State of Iowa. You will interact with residents, caregivers, nursing staff and family members in this position. Responsibilities may include but not limited to housekeeping, dining, activities, administrative tasks and assisting with resident needs. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service abilities.
Resident Services Tech requirements:
- Provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (within scope of practice/competencies).
- Willingness to obtain a C.N.A. certification or be enrolled in a CNA certification program within 6 months recommended but not required
- Must complete mandatory yearly in-service training.
