Summer 2023 Insurance Analyst Internship

• Job shadow and train with analytics staff
• Develop actuarial models to demonstrate      how the interpretation of data can expand the capabilities of the business
• Transferring and transcribing data for modeling
• Attend various speaking engagements and      events designed to expose interns to other areas of the company
• Build reports that will be implemented in      Insurance proposals
• Collaborate with and present to Sales      Executives
• Implement/monitor client service plans
• Analyze data to ensure that clients have      appropriate insurance coverage
• Build and maintain relationships with      clients to include providing high-quality service/prompt responses
• Paid housing for those not from Dubuque, Madison, or      Kansas City
• Opportunity to travel for client and prospect      meetings
• Other projects/duties assigned

• Working towards completion of BA or BS
• Strong Outlook, Word, and Excel Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent service orientation skills
• Flexible hours with the capacity to work up to 40 hours, or we offer part-time hours (Monday – Friday)
