We are looking for someone who likes meeting new people, learning about their skills and passions then finding them a role within our organization.  An Associate's degree in HR or related field is required; a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred.  At least 2 years of recruiting or related experience is needed or a combination of education and experience will be considered.  Needs to have working understanding of HR principles and practices related to recruiting.  A well qualified candidate will have proficiency in MS Office software, ability to communicate effectively and ability to multi-task with changing priorities.
