Job Overview

TRICOR's Licensing & Contracting Coordinator will  work with acquired agencies to coordinate the licensing and contracting requirements of the local, federal and carriers that we work with and new carriers that we will need to be contracted with.  This role will work within TRICOR for name changes, assist and attend merger and acquisition meetings and will be a back-up for daily licensing appointments on carrier websites as needed.  If you enjoy coordinating schedules, working with others, and managing this style of data daily, this may be a role for you!

What you'll do

  • Focus on Licensing and carrier contract needs for acquired Agencies. You will have an incredible attention for detail.
  • Establish & maintain close relationships with staff at all levels of the Agency and acquired agencies as needed
  • You will take ownership in getting tasks completed accurately and efficiently
  • Review & evaluate new and existing quality control initiatives around licensing for the acquired staff and carrier connections
  • Proficient in Excel with a willingness to learn new technology and become a trusted resource for our internal staff.
  • Build and maintain relationships with carriers, vendors, producers, account managers, and other staff
  • Promote TRICOR in community
