Clarke University is currently seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Day Time Supervisor in our Dining Hall Kitchen. This is a full-time 10-month position, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and some special events.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to, from scratch cooking, heavy food production, organization of food production, maintaining sanitation standards, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include

  • High school degree
  • 1-3 years food service supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of food service equipment
  • Must be ready to work within a fast paced, team-oriented environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Willing to work some special events
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Valid driver' license
