Clarke University is currently recruiting for the position of Director of Residence Life. The Director of Residence Life is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for a comprehensive residence life department with a focus on creating a vibrant living-learning environment.  This position is responsible for administration, assessment, programming, policies, communications, services, and personnel. The Director of Residence Life leads the Residence Life staff, including assistant director, resident assistants and professional on-call staff.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Student Personnel or related field, successful and progressively responsible professional experience in residence life/campus housing, strong organizational skills, a collaborative working style, high energy, good interpersonal and supervisory skills and the desire to work in a small, Catholic college environment is preferred.  Experience with diversity and inclusion on a college campus is a plus.

This is a full-time, twelve-month, live-in position. Remuneration includes salary, University benefits and house. Review of resumes will begin on January 3, 2023 and will continue until the position is filled.
