Clarke invites applications for a part-time Registrar Services Coordinator. This position is instrumental in representing Clarke University in various contexts. The Registrar Services Coordinator should understand all aspects of records and registration. The successful candidate will work with faculty, staff, and students in oversight of course planning, registration, and development of student records processes, daily operations, general classrooms assignments, and manage academic scheduling.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma and a minimum of one year of office experience. Desired qualifications include a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, and one year or more of experience working in higher education with demonstrated proficiency in student information systems and other applications used in higher education. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work independently and as a member of a collaborative team.
