The university is currently seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Campus Experience Coordinator.  This position is instrumental in representing Clarke University in various contexts as part of the admissions process.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategizes, coordinates, and runs logistics on all group recruitment events on campus by making arrangements such as accommodations, food, tours, faculty visits, presentations by Clarke staff and students, etc.
  • Directs all daily prospective student campus visits. Details will include effective faculty, coaches, security, student life and staff engagement to develop a seamless best-in-class campus visit experience.
  • Develops invitations, announcements, and communication plans for all visit experiences. This includes collaborating with the marketing and communication team to advertise events to prospective student and families
  • Manages tour guides, campus tours and tour scripts. Oversees all aspects of student employment for group as well as maintaining excellence in student representation on and off campus.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, strong written and oral communication skills, outstanding organizational skills, and a person who is committed to creating an inclusive community. Experience in higher education or college admissions is preferred. Position requires some evening and weekend work.
