Training & Documentation Specialist – Spot Light

Job Overview

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead in creation of training material.
• Secondary Lead on New Starts.
• Must be able/willing to travel.  Potentially 50% of time.
• Responds to Spot Light users’ questions and or concerns.
• Provides training for new users and customers.
• Installs RFID kits to trucks as needed.
• Modifies and creates customized reports using reporting Software.
• Assists in configuring and image of tablets for all Yard Management Software (YMS) products.
• Assists in trouble shooting tablets, RFIDs, or software issues.
• Assist in quality testing and process creation of Spot Light software.
• Assist the Sales Team in presenting Spot Light.
• Attends meetings related to customers.
• Other duties as assigned including proactively assisting others in achieving the organization’s objectives.

Talent Requirements and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent in education is required.
• Three years of general IT experience, with experience in supporting or creating software is critical.
• Experience within SQL, Power BI, and hardware configurations is preferred.
• Experience as a trainer/teacher is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy and energy.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Demonstrates an "All In to Win" attitude and displays self-motivation and a strong desire to learn within an unpredictable and demanding environment.
