Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Lead- Spot Light

Job Overview

Hirschbach's Spot Light software is a YMS system that manages trailer dispatch, trailer inventory, product production, RFID system, and GPS functionality to assist customers at their trailer locations.

The Spot Light team is experiencing tremendous growth and is seeking talented professionals to join the team. Hirschbach has a current opportunity for a Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Lead to join us in achieving Spot's new growth and success!

What you will be doing:

• Gather, define and document business requirements.
• Develop workflows.
• Design, implement and timely execute test cases.
• Manage the testing process and make recommendations when necessary.
• Identify and record bugs.
• Manage testing team.

Talent Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience collaborating and partner with both business and technology project team members to work together towards a shared vision
• 5+ years relevant experience in business analysis and quality assurance
• 4+ years of experience with SQL Server and ability to write SQL queries
• 4+ years of experience with testing user acceptance testing and web-based applications, including a variety of testing techniques
• Experience with DevOps and automated testing
• 4+ years experience in requirement gathering
