Job Overview

The Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit 501c-6 organization is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Accounting Manager.  This position reports directly to the President & CEO and is responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting at the Chamber.    This includes accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, some tax reporting, and payroll.   The ideal candidate will have an exceptional background, education or related accounting and financial management experience, a proven track record of successful accounting/financial management experience, demonstrate expertise in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and proficient in Excel, Word, and Quick Books.  Previous non-profit experience, degree/certifications a plus.
