Cabinet Designer/Salesperson - 40 Hour Schedule
Monticello Carpet and Interiors, a division of Cascade Lumber Company located in Monticello, IA, is seeking a full-time Cabinet Designer/Salesperson to provide best-in-class customer service for our clients. Responsible for providing kitchen and bath design cabinetry services and sales consultation for customer projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify and establish new client base to include contactors, remodelers, and homeowners
- Guide customers through the kitchen/bath layout design and product selection process
- Create custom designs using Prokitchen design software
- Consult with clients before and after sale to answer questions and provide support
- Achieve sales goals and profitability targets.
Qualifications
- Motivated self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Cabinet design and/or estimating background preferred
