Job Overview

Paradigm Education Solutions is looking for our next Marketing Analyst and Lead Developer to join our team. Daily focus of this position will be in researching markets and lead sources in Paradigm’s markets-post-secondary education, workforce, CTE, adult education, and corrections. This position will work out of our home office in Dubuque, Iowa.

What Will You Do?

This Marketing Analyst and Lead Developer will gain a deep understanding of the prospecting need for each market and discipline through market research. The Marketing Analyst and Lead Developer will be responsible for validating and nurturing leads to be demo ready, by gaining an understanding of their unique needs and creating a foundational relationship with the contacts.

This position will also be responsible for researching funding sources, market trends, and potential disruptors in each market space to complement the information gained through industry partners and associations. The Marketing Analyst and Lead Developer may assist in scheduling industry partnership meetings.

The Marketing Analyst and Lead Developer will work with marketing communications in recommending marketing campaigns, as well as provide content ideas for social media campaigns. This individual will also identify events (in person, virtual, and hybrid) for evaluation and assist in preparing for scheduled events.

• Someone who can research lead resources for markets and disciplines served by Paradigm using a variety of resources and can capture, enter, and maintain contacts in the CRM database
• Someone who can consistently demonstrates initiative, creativity, and commitment in uncovering potential sources of new business.
• Collaboratively work with the marketing team and sales to develop lead generation strategies and can develop lead opportunities with prospective customers.
• Someone who can follow up with customers and potential customers to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
• Someone who uses every opportunity to extend Paradigm’s network through research and contact with current and potential customers.
• Maintain current product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of Paradigm Education Solutions product and services with prospective customers and partners.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
