Post Implementation Support Specialist - Spot Light

Job Overview

Hirschbach's Spot Light software is a YMS system that manages trailer dispatch, trailer inventory, product production, RFID system, and GPS functionality to assist customer's at their trailer locations.

The Spot Light team is experiencing tremendous growth and is seeking talented professionals to join the team. Hirschbach has a current opportunity for a Post Implementation Support Specialist to join us in achieving Spot's new growth and success!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Meet with customers post implementation to ensure status of program.
• Create and manage customer action items
• Work with current customers on potential changes.
• Maintain existing Power BI reports
• Maintain existing reporting workflows
• Troubleshoot existing reports and reporting framework
• Identify reporting requirements in business conversation

Talent Requirements and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent in education is required.
• 3+ years of general reporting and/or customer service experience
• Experience in Power BI is preferred
• Familiarity with other reporting tools (Excel, MS Access, Tableau)
• Ability to translate requirements into reporting process
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps a plus
