Job Overview
The University of Dubuque is a growing faith based University that is seeking a Part-time Application Support Manager in the Aviation Department.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily flight charges/billing to Student Accounts and file daily
- Onboarding & Off boarding processes
- Time Card management for CFIs
- RATP Certification Paperwork
- Track currency hours of CFIs
- Flight Schedule Pro administrator
- Process incoming and outgoing mail to include UPS/FED EX
- Assist with UD Career Fair
- Manage Student Certificate Awards and Progress
- Perform other duties in support of the University’s Mission
Position Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Microsoft business and 365 software
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to take the initiative and follow through with tasks individually and as a group
- Ability to work with a diverse group of students and staff
- Ability to work in an office environment at a desk managing student accounts and other computer applications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree – preferred or similar work experience
- One year of Accounting or business experience preferred
- Microsoft 365 or similar experience
