Job Overview

The University of Dubuque is a growing faith based University that is seeking a Part-time Application Support Manager in the Aviation Department.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Daily flight charges/billing to Student Accounts and file daily
  • Onboarding & Off boarding processes
  • Time Card management for CFIs
  • RATP Certification Paperwork
  • Track currency hours of CFIs
  • Flight Schedule Pro administrator
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail to include UPS/FED EX
  • Assist with UD Career Fair
  • Manage Student Certificate Awards and Progress
  • Perform other duties in support of the University’s Mission

Position Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft business and 365 software
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take the initiative and follow through with tasks individually and as a group
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of students and staff
  • Ability to work in an office environment at a desk managing student accounts and other computer applications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree – preferred or similar work experience
  • One year of Accounting or business experience preferred
  • Microsoft 365 or similar experience
