Plant Manager

We are seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all the daily operations of our Cascade, IA steel facility, from production to delivery, ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Responsible for developing processes that will maximize the safety, productivity, and quality across all shifts. Valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing and/or construction environment
• Self-starter requiring little to no direction
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Ability to create accountability and lead by example
• High school diploma or equivalent education
