2nd Shift Machine Operators

Job Overview

RIE Coatings, located in Dubuque, IA has opportunities for 2nd shift Machine Operators. Duties include, but are not limited to, operating our chemical pre-treatment line utilizing a hoist to move product between tanks, moving product from staging to completed areas, checking chemical levels, quality checking parts, completing all necessary logs and paperwork, etc.

Hours:

• 2nd Shift: Regular shift is Monday through Thursday,  2:30 pm - 12:30 am. Overtime may be needed and would typically be scheduled for Fridays.  

Pay:

• Starting pay is $17.50/hour + a 2nd shift premium of $1.50/hour.
• Increase opportunity at 3, 6, and 12 months then annually.
• Quarterly incentive based on achievement of production targets. Average bonus runs between $500-$1000.
