Job Overview

As the Quality Assurance & Agency Trainer you will be responsible for facilitating our learning and development program with a focus on quality assurance. You will work to onboard new employees across all departments (Business, Personal Lines, Group Benefits and Individual Life & Health) with continuous operational and technical training for existing employees. You will need to be proactive, passionate about developing people, and work with a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation.

What you’ll do

  • Facilitate training and education of operations learning and development of new employee on-boarding
  • Learn, facilitate and conduct training on office systems including Applied Systems - EPIC, CSR24, Windows, IOS, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and ZyWave
  • Assess workflow process and procedures in conjunction with Team Leads and Account Managers to identify improved efficiency and effectiveness. As technology and equipment advances, you will be expected to proactively update processes

Education and Credentials:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Hold an Insurance license; insurance designations are beneficial and or ability to acquire licensing and additional insurance designations
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance industry, preferably Commercial, Personal, Individual and or Benefit experience is preferred. Must be willing to learn and train all lines of business.
  • Experience with Applied Systems EPIC software.
  • Experience in training and development, coaching or mentoring through all distribution channels (Virtual, in-person teams, direct individual coaching, conference calls, Zoom, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software products
