Business Development Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Outbound cold calling to leads to schedule introductory meeting on behalf of the sales team
• Keeping detailed records of activity and communication within the CRM system
• Achieving/exceeding weekly and monthly appointment setting goals

We're interested in an organized individual who is committed to providing inside sales support by connecting business owners with our sales team. They should enjoy helping others, while having fun in the process.

This role requires:

• Prior inside sales, call center or telemarketing experience
• General knowledge of client products and services
• Flexibility to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Enthusiastic, self-started with strong communication skills
